What style of class do I teach?
I teach Hatha Vinyasa flow yoga. Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which is essentially the core of a Vinyasa class. Often called flow yoga, this style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements. Classes are a steady pace which allows you to adjust the posture as required for you and your body.
What do you need to bring with you?
If you have your own yoga mat then great please bring it.
If you don’t have a mat I can loan you one for your first class, after that I advise buying one. Please let me know.
A bottle of water.
Wear comfortable clothing than you can move freely in.
