About my classes

What should you expect

  • A warm, friendly and welcoming class. 
  • Clear instructions that are easy to follow for all levels of experience
  • Lots of variations and options given so it doesn’t matter how flexible, strong or fit you are when you begin. 
  • Movements that improve your strength, flexibility and mobility. 
  • Breathing exercises that reduce stress and anxiety to create a feeling of calmness. 
  • Guided relaxations, poems and meditations. 

What style of class do I teach?

  • I teach Hatha Vinyasa flow yoga.  Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which is essentially the core of a Vinyasa class. Often called flow yoga, this style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements. Classes are a steady pace which allows you to adjust the posture as required for you and your body. 

What do you need to bring with you?

  • If you have your own yoga mat then great please bring it. 
  • If you don’t have a mat I can loan you one for your first class, after that I advise buying one. Please let me know. 
  • A bottle of water.
  • Wear comfortable clothing than you can move freely in.
