Why should you choose a private class

  • Personalised Attention: In a private class, I can focus entirely on your individual needs, adjusting poses, providing modifications, and ensuring proper alignment. This is especially helpful for beginners or those with specific physical limitations.
  • Customised Practice: A private session allows me to tailor the practice to your personal goals, whether it's building strength, improving flexibility, managing stress, or addressing any specific health concerns. This level of customisation is hard to achieve in a group setting.
  • Comfort and Privacy: Feel more at ease practicing yoga in a private setting, especially if you are new to yoga or feel self-conscious in a group. A private class offers a safe space to ask questions and experiment with new poses without the pressure of an audience.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Private yoga sessions often offer more flexibility in terms of scheduling. You can arrange a time that works best for you, rather than having to work around group class times. This makes it easier to fit yoga into a busy schedule.

  • 6 x Sessions £220
  • 6 x Joint Sessions £170pp
